It is important that clubs have a business plan so they a know what they are trying to achieve and make sure they are going in the right direction. An effective business plan can help you to manage your club better.

It is vital that sports clubs market themselves appropriately to ensure they have the resources they need to be sustainable and successful in the long term.
Clubs need to understand their members, where they come from and how they can improve the experience that both new and existing members have.
It is essential that clubs have a vibrant volunteer workforce. Explore how the culture of the club can lead to better recruitment and retention, whilst rewarding and recognising volunteers in the right way.
This workshop identifies and supports effective running of a clubs main committee and board, and highlights the importance of recruiting the right people for the right roles.
