By registering for Club Matters and accessing the online modules, seminars and toolkits, I declare that: (a) I am a representative of the Club and am responsible for its management and organisation; (b) the purpose of my receiving the training from Sport England, or any service provider appointed by Sport England to provide services, is to enable me to run the Club to ensure that it is part of a widened network of successful sports clubs that is able to meet current challenges; (c) I am over 16 years of age; (d) http://www.sportenglandclubmatters.com/terms-and-conditions/.
